1. Shipping Locations
1.1 We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. 1.2 Some remote areas may have limited delivery services. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. 2.2 In case of high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. Customers will be notified in such cases.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
3.1 We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. 3.2 Estimated delivery timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost) 3.3 Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. 4.2 Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
5. Tracking Orders
5.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status. 5.2 If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our support team.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
6.1 If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us for assistance. 6.2 In case of lost shipments, we will investigate the matter and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
7.1 Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, no changes or cancellations are allowed. 7.2 To request modifications or cancellations, please contact us immediately.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
8.1 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. 8.2 We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
